Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY – Beber & Co.
Because sometimes love at first sight doesn’t work out

1. HOW TO START (a.k.a. “Don’t Surprise Us”)
If you want to return something, first email us at hello@beberandco.com
Packages sent without warning (like an ex showing up uninvited) will not be accepted.

2. RETURNS (a.k.a. “Bring It Back, But Nicely”)
-   You have 14 days from when your package arrived to decide.
    Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all labels and  
    tags still living happily on them.
-   If it looks like it had an adventure we may not be able
    to refund it.

3. REFUNDS (a.k.a. “Back to Your Card, BLI NEDER”)
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll refund you to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal).
Expect 5–10 working days for the money to find its way home.
Sale items are final — no returns, no exchanges, no drama.
Use tracked courier service, please — we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages wandering the desert.

4. RETURN COSTS (a.k.a. “Your Ticket Back”)
-   Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for returns are on you, the customer.
-   We’ll take care of everything else once the item is safely back with us.
